  • Set up the small decorations for the day

  • Manage the day's proceedings in coordination with the service providers

  • Orchestrating your ceremonies: welcoming guests, distributing decorations for cars, ceremony booklets, exit entertainment, helping the procession to enter, setting up exit entertainment, etc.

  • Orchestration of your reception and all the highlights: welcoming guests, providing accommodation, managing group photos, helping with table seating, orchestrating your entrance to the hall, the pièce montée and the opening of the ball.
