• Your private interface on wedding plan

• Regular communication by email and WhatsApp to take stock of the situation

• The creation of your wedding website for a stronger connection with your guests: management of responses and food allergies, sharing your love story, suggestions for accommodation, entertainment, etc.

• The creation of mood boards to define your wedding atmosphere and decoration

• The search for your reception venue, including visits (travel expenses not included)

• Consultation, management of caterers and the organisation of your tastings, according to your availability

• The search for and management of your team of service providers for your wedding, 100% tailored to your project (musicians, various entertainments, stationery, decoration, floral art, rentals, photographer, babysitters, gifts for guests, .... and any other service provider that we will find together, essential to your event!)

• Ensuring that your theme is reflected in all aspects of the wedding (stationery, decorations, flowers, etc.) (Pinterest)

• A technical and logistical visit with all service providers to the reception venue (subject to their availability) (transport costs not included)

• Management and monitoring of contracts, budget and schedules (monitoring tables, comparison table, retroplanning, D-day schedule)
